Quarterly Small Office Checkup – 8 Scans, Every 90 Days
By purchasing you agree to our Terms of Service, including your responsibility to run scans only against systems you own or are authorised in writing to test.
The recurring security review a small office needs, without the monthly platform fee or the consultant.
The Quarterly Small Office Checkup runs eight scans across your office computers, your network and the process controls insurers ask about — then repeats every 90 days with a report that shows exactly what moved.

$262 of scans per run. Annual plan: $299 for four runs — $75 a quarter.
How the annual plan works
The first run happens when you are ready. The launcher schedules itself every 90 days using the answers you already gave. Four reports over twelve months, each one a comparison against the last.
Why an office needs the recurring version
Offices change: staff join and leave, devices get added, someone plugs in a printer, a laptop falls behind on patches. The quarterly comparison is what turns a scan into evidence — a documented record that you check, and that findings get closed. That record is what an insurer or a larger client is actually asking for. The cheapest hosted vulnerability scanner runs $468 a year and does not produce a written analysis.
What you get, every quarter
- One written PDF report emailed back to you, typically within one business day of each run.
- A per-surface score and a combined office risk picture.
- A resolved / still open / newly found comparison against your previous run.
- Attack-chain analysis across all eight scans.
- Answers phrased for a cyber-insurance application.
- A 90-day action plan ordered by impact.
- Reporting built to CompTIA Security+ and PenTest+ practice standards.
Choosing your option
Annual Plan — four scheduled runs over twelve months with trend reporting. Single Run — one run, one report, no scheduling.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, on the office machine and network you want checked
- Run as administrator
- An internet connection
- About 40 minutes for the first run; later runs are unattended
What this is not
QuickScan is detection and advisory only. Nothing here exploits a weakness or changes a setting. Part of the Insider Risk assessment is based on your own answers, and the report states which findings came from you rather than from observation. It is not a certification, an audit or an attestation, and it is not insurance advice.
